These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YourSalesConsultant, including the website, dashboard, and all related tools and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using YourSalesConsultant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or dealership, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform. By using YourSalesConsultant you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The platform is built for independent auto sales consultants and dealerships. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and licensing requirements that apply to selling or advertising vehicles in your jurisdiction.
We offer a free 30-day trial and paid subscription plans. The trial gives you access to core features at no cost for 30 days. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices may change with notice, and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account moves to the free tier. Canceling does not delete your listings, leads, or other data.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
You agree not to use the platform to:
We may suspend or remove any account or content that violates these rules, at our discretion.
You are solely responsible for the content you post, including vehicle details, pricing, photos, and descriptions. You represent that you have the right to post all content you upload and that it is accurate and not misleading.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and market the platform, including in search engines and on your public consultant page.
YourSalesConsultant is a software platform that helps consultants and dealerships list inventory and manage leads. We are not a party to any transaction between a consultant and a buyer.
You are responsible for conducting your transactions lawfully, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable consumer protection, disclosure, and licensing laws. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or for the quality, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. When buyers submit inquiries through your listings, you receive their contact information as leads. You agree to handle that information responsibly, to use it only to respond to the inquiry and conduct legitimate sales communication, and to comply with all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
You are responsible for honoring any request from a buyer to stop contacting them.
The platform, including its software, design, logos, and branding, is owned by YourSalesConsultant and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission. These terms do not grant you any ownership in the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, search rankings, or business results from using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourSalesConsultant and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
