• Technical information: device, browser, and IP address, and approximate location used to power distance-based search.

2.Buyer Lead Information

When a buyer submits an inquiry on a vehicle listing, we collect the information they provide, typically their name, email address, phone number, and the vehicle they are interested in. This information is delivered to the consultant who posted the listing as a lead.

3.How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the platform.
• Create and display consultant profiles, public pages, and vehicle listings.
• Deliver buyer inquiries to the appropriate consultant as leads.
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan.
• Send service messages, notifications, and account updates.
• Power features like distance-based search and search engine optimization.
• Protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4.Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or security code. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We receive limited billing details needed to manage your subscription, such as the status of a payment and the last four digits of your card.

5.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• Public profiles and listings: the name, photo, bio, business details, and listings you choose to publish are visible to the public on your consultant page and in browse results.
• Buyer leads to consultants: buyer inquiries are shared with the consultant who posted the listing.
• Service providers: companies that help us operate the platform, such as our payment processor and hosting provider, under agreements that protect your information.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6.Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how the platform is used, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the platform works. We may also use analytics tools to measure traffic and usage.

7.Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform. If you cancel your subscription, your listings and leads are preserved while your account remains. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

9.Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a buyer who submitted a lead and want your information removed, contact us and we will assist, though the consultant who received your lead also controls a copy of it.

10.Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
